My story "The End of Lunar Hens" is out in Analog! This is my first sale to Analog, which has been very exciting for me. I wrote about the story on Analog's blog here.
This Friday I will also be at FanX. At 5:00 in Exhibit Hall 1831, I'll be moderating a panel with Brandon Sanderson, Brian McClellan, and Michael Haspil entitled Creating the History of Your World. It's a panel I pitched to FanX, and I'm excited we get to dive into this topic. Here's the longer description:
From The Lord of the Rings to Harry Potter, our favorite stories are enriched with references to earlier times. Fictional history can deepen a story -- or bog it down. Come learn tips and tricks on building your world's history, how much is too much, and how to include it in your writing.
